MarinePure Spheres promote the colonisation of denitrifying bacteria within their tiny pores, and within a span of a few short weeks, each sphere becomes a powerful bio filter that naturally removes ammonia and nitrite from the water, while minimizing dissolved nitrates.

As water flows freely through the MarinePure Spheres, the denitrifying bacteria in the pores continually break down and remove the nitrogeneous wastes, thus keeping the aquarium water safe for fish and corals.

MarinePure Spheres makes an excellent substrate for microfauna, coral, and sponge growth.

MarinePure Spheres also provides an excellent habitat for copepods to live, hide, and reproduce.

You can place MarinePure Spheres anywhere in the tank, but it is best used in refugiums, sumps, all-in-one filtration chambers, wet/dry filters, trickle filters, canister filters, and HOB filters.
